Bench Plate Press

Bodypart: Pectoral | Deltoids | Triceps
Equipment: Weighted Plates

  1. Sit down on the bench and grab a weighted plate with both hands on the outside of the plate.

  2. Lay down on your back and bring the weight up so that it is at chest height.

  3. Press the weight upwards toward the ceiling and then lower it back down.

  4. This completes one repetition.
